Default Best site to learn PLO

I have some money to devote to learning PLO. I've dipped my toe into the $25 buy-ins at Stars and Empire. I also have accounts at Bodog and UB.

Any recommendations on where the best games are? Playing at Empire is probably best for me because of rakeback, but I play quite a bit at Stars. I'm assuming I should just skip the micro-limits since I have the BR for $25.

Any advice appreciated. I've been playing NLH SnGs, MTTs, and LHE Ring games. I'd like to work on my PLO MTT play also.

Depends on what you mean by "learn".

If you want to learn how to beat bad players - play at Party at any level up to $200

If you want to learn how to beat good players - play at Stars $200 or above.

Just about any site at the 25 tables will offer an assortment of players waiting to give their money to patient players that bet the nuts. So, follow your bonuses.
