I have an index card on a bulletin board in front of my laptop filled with poker thoughts. One of the first ones I put on there was, "Easy on the middle pairs."
I generally avoid hands like this as if they were Satan's tequila. I like the preflop call. I can see the the flop raise after the min-bet. But I think you have to give this up on the turn. He's shown more strength than you have and the A just makes your situation worse. Pass it up and exploit your edge on other hands. |
