Default River decision - nut flush on small double paired board

BB was loose and could have anything here. Button is unknown. Call this river?

Turn bet is weird, makes me thing he has qq. I guess I call the river, but the turn bet should sens alarms in your head. Unless he is a donk, in which case he could easily have qq or a 6. I guess I call on the river, but I dont like doing it.

You're close. BB folded river, and button shows 66 for quads, MHING.
