With only one opponent left I would be somewhat inclined to call this down. You only have to win 1/4 to show a profit vs folding. Obviously AK or AQ is even better, more outs if he has a 9 and better kicker if he has AJ.
I would consider what happened in the hands before. Have you been folding a lot when you raised and low cards come on flop-turn? If so be ready to take a stand and call down. Have you not folded once and if opp was more passive/nonbluffing - fold it. Does opp bet draws/pure bluffs a lot - call it down every time. I guess it depends [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
