any multiplayer online strategy war themed games?

not really action based, more strategy based. kinda like your the general ordering attacks etc (for the PC)?

Age of Empires III should be out soon. Also, Command and Conquer Generals is a good game. Both RTS.

Games from the Commandos series are good, so i've heard. And yeah AofE and C&C are classics. Isn't ghost recon a strategy game as well?

Check out Empires in Arms, it revolves around the Napoleonic wars and originally was a board game.
