Default Mediocre hands OOP

Ok, here is the situation. NL25 6-max. Table is a typical bunch of donks.

Lets say youre dealt 1010 utg. You limp, button and co limp, blinds limp and its 4-handed.

Flop comes 3 7 8(rainbow or 2-suited).

Another typical example is when you have K10 in the BB and the flop is 10 3 7.

I just cant figure what to do here. If you bet 2/3-full pot you probably will be called in 1-2 spots because this guys arent folding overcards or draws or anything on the flop. On the other hand they might have a set and there is just no way to know. Betting 2-3x pot is a bad idea because mostly you only get called if youre beat and even if youre ahead there is just no way to know. If you check it either gets checked around putting an overcard for someone for free or someone bets. Usually the button. What do you do here?
Call and lead the turn if youre the only caller? Check-raise? Maybe you play those hands entirely different?

I ended up folding in this situations because they always get me in trouble, but i feel that this is too weak and there has to be a way to get money from those situations because about 90% of the time i have a best hand on the flop.
