One Hour Wait for Paradise HH's

are these ffffccking idiots serious??..everynite it's like this during prime playing time. In another 5 hours you'll get your hh's in 1-3 minutes.

Man has SportingBet fudged this place up. They havent done a decent software upgrade in 18 months.

Be glad you got one at all - I don't even get half the HHs I request. The one I asked for tonight never arrived.

Their support is oblivious about it - when I asked what was going on, they even sent me an answer to a completely different question. There's a real lack of care or customer service at Paradise, and it blows.

About half of my hand history requests end up in my bulk mail folder, so if you arent getting them, you may want to check there.

Hand history first requested at 10:35 pm.

HH arrives in my mailbox at 4:30 am.

I'm also having problems with my cashout there. Soft tables or not, I'm about done with Paradise.
