Default 100-200 5 handed

I am not the hero in this hand. Hero is a regular high limit player. What do you think of how he played this?

villian is loose passive.

5 handed 100-200.

Hero open raises QdQc.
Villain cold calls directly to the left of hero, everyone else folds.

Flop comes Kd 3c Js
hero bets, villain calls.

Turn comes: Ad

hero checks. villain bets, hero calls.

River is a 9s.

hero check/calls.

LOL.

This is kind of funny to me because I have a feeling people are going to bash this play but I have played QQ exactly like this on similar boards.

I think the pot is small enough to throw it away on the river, but it's close

So do I, but I always feel like a retard when I do so. Sometimes I find the balls to fold the river.
