Button raises, I 3bet 88 from the SB, BB (a 50/100 regular who is very aggressive and a thinking player---stepping down in limits to grace me with her presence) caps it, Button folds, I call the cap.

This is a horrible flop for you. I'd check/fold.
99 might fold, TT and JJ will at least see turn, so it will cost a lot of bets to find out. |

JJ has gutter so you're gonna have to fire at least 2. Same for TT. They got 6 outs a lot.
