Default Can someone explain the Party \"Step\" tournies to me?

I'm new to PP and I heard good things about them, but don't quite understand how they work.

I see a bunch of different types. Regular step, ministep, step higher, cruise step, and aussie step. What do each of these mean and how do they work?

Thanks a lot.

There's TONS of info if you go to the PP website and take a look for yourself. Link

Thanks, I'm a fool for not checking.

I have a question I don't see answered there now. I heard you can take money as your prize instead if you don't want to advance. Is that true?

Also, what are the Aussie and Cruise steps? Some kind of satelites?

I think Party should have named called the lowest step tournies "baby steps" instead of "mini steps".
