Wrist pain

Last night i started getting this throbbing pain in the middle of my wrist. It keeps coming and going every couple of mins. What whould do this?

PS its not from beating my penis! And im sure it needs to be cut off.

Im not sure but i think i remember hearing somewhere that using a mouse all day can do this.

like shajen said, probably carpal tunnel. I'm on a computer all day, but i type on a split keyboard so i'm usually ok. this weekend i was 4 tabling for hours though, and my wrist is definitely sore...hopefully you can build its strength up over time...

After looking on webmd about it its just says i should stop things that cause it and ice my wrist. Well i cant stop things that cause it so i guess icing is my only real solution anyone have anything better,
