Grrr.... mid-high pairs in the 22s

I run into this situation a lot ... sometimes I know what I'm doing... other times I feel slightly confused.

Only in the second orbit (17 hands), don't know much about UTG. He's played three hands. K10o and A6s were shown

The worst of all is when you have kings and that Ace comes and you bet out and get raised, you just know you have to lay it down. I think the same thing applies in this case, even worse this looks like he has A-7 or A-6. As much as it hurts to fold it's a play you have to make in cases like this.
