Running scripts: How?

Recently read some articles on multitabling and saw some scripts that would allow the user to use his keyboard to control the tables. It wasn't a autohotkey .ahk file as far as I know and was wondering how you would run it.

pretty sure they're all talking about autohotkey over there. if you're talking about the actual script in the post from tigerite just copy and past into a text file and save as .ahk
