Trouble four tabling

I've been playing part time for about 4 months now and have always cleared party bonuses four tabling. As of late, as I try to pull up my fourth table the software never takes me there. It just keeps asking me if i want the seat. My rakeback is via eurobet and I can four table there. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before, and thanks for any suggestions.

the OP is a friend of mine, we've both tried opening the 4-tables on the party software on his computer (it's not the greatest, but it's been able to run 4-tables on party in the past). lately, it has been unable to open a 4th table. either of us cannot figure out what the problem is. as he said, it only happens when he uses party, all the other skins are fine. has this problem happened to anyone else before?

how long has this been going on?

i cleared bonus last week 4 tabling with no problem
