Default strategy for awful SNG structure? (10x the BB)

going to a dog track in NH tonight that recently opened a "charity" poker room, and apparently they spread SNG's all day with this structure -

You begin with 2,000 chips and blinds stay at 100-200 for the duration of the tournament. Top three finishers cash.

am i correct in assuming i should just be a complete push/fold monkey with blind stealing in late position?

Not when it gets down to 4 or 5 people, the average stack will be well above 10bb.
