I think you have to tie yourself to the pot on the flop in hand 1. Your dinky little reraise is way too small and accomplishes very little. I actually kind of like pushing here because it looks so much like a draw or junk hand that you might get called by a bunch.

Second one is sexy.

Hand 1: I think I bet the turn. If he's on a flush-draw you aren't giving him a free card. If he has the ace, he'll call or raise. Against a raise you fold. If he calls you re-evaluate on the river. (This was an awful river and you have to check here)

I don't hate the way you played it, but I think it is a mistake to automatically assume your opponent has an Ace.


Hand 2: I think you have to bet the flop. You raised pre-flop so they're sure you have the Ace. Much of the time you'll take it right there. If you get check-raised you're probably beat and you fold. If they call I think it is likely they'll check to you on the turn and probably the river too.
