Default Chasing Out The Flush Draw

I've been having a real problem lately with people chasing out the draw. It seems like if there are 2 cards of the same suit on the flop...or even the turn...most players are willing to put in at least 1/2 their stack to see it. I'm talking early in the tourney to middle of the tourney.

I have been playing pretty low sit n go's...only up to $10's. My question is, do I continue to try and bet them out when I'm making them put in 1/2 their chips? Is it better to bet smaller and let them see the river since they are going to call it anyway, and then it at least lets me save some chips on the river?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
