When he check raised an un-coordinated flop what did you think he had? It would also be better if you didnt post the results.

Folding sets is always a judgement call, but alot of players have AA here, especially when they check-raise. Sometimes Im sure they have it, and then I call anyway, thats why Im good.

when i am checkraised after i (almost) potted on a flop like this and without any reads on the villian... i'd tend to the save side and fold.

On another board I'll lose a buyin on that hand. Not on that board though. What could he have? You need a read here, would this player play bottom set like it was the nuts? Does he always raise AA? With no reads this smells so much like aces its a tough but reasonable fold.
