1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 bets, Hero raises, SB folds, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 bets, Hero calls.

I play it the same against a LAG. Let him bluff his chips away. But if he ever checked to you, you'd have to put a bet in.

Considering raising pre-flop, depending on reads of opponents, to buy position etc...

Post-flop is standard.
