Default Top NCAA Coaching Positions

In light of Bill Self's impending departure from Illinois to Kansas, an ESPN article proposed that: "[t]he top six jobs in the country are: North Carolina, Kentucky, Duke, UCLA, Kansas and Arizona."

I'd pretty much agree with that, and would rank them Duke, UNC then a gap then UK, UCLA then a big gap then Arizona and Kansas. Thoughts?

I would add Indiana to the list and break those 7 jobs into two tiers.

Tier 1: NC, UCLA, KY, KU
Tier 2: IU, Duke, AZ.
