Hand#1 Easy call. Pot odds are too good and you'll see alot of smaller pairs.

Hand#2 Fold. UTG limp + call is most likely smallish PP. Your getting 3:1 but you don't have the outs to call. He could also be sitting on the King trying to get your chips in while you still have hope. (PS I would never raise this preflop).

I would push the flop on the second one.

Push preflop with a 12BB stack and ATsuited? Surely there is a better way to play this.

I can't see pushing this with these stacks. If you were in the SB/BB and limper was BTN/CO maybe. If I had 7-8BB probably. <7 BB pretty quickly.

edit: I read the stacks wrong first. I still lean to laying down TT as I've seen many players blow their load like this with big pairs. And 635 (about 13xBB) still leaves you room to move. But I don't mind the call.

Hand 2: His flop bet feels like he's trying to see if his jack is good. He "knew" he had you on the turn when he filled up, and you've got one out in the deck.

He could be AQ, AJ, QJs, JTs...not to mention the big kings. I can't take the less than 2:1 pot odds on this one. Fold and fight another day.

Hand #1: Fold your TT and wait for a better chance to get all your chips in. Blinds are still only 25/50.

Hand #2: Either push this flop or fold it, depending on how lucky you feel.
