Default Win % vs ROI

According to pokerprophecy you are a pro if you are ITM 40% or greater. At the 109 level that means you need an avg payout of 272 per win to break even. This comes to a distribution of abt 20% 1st 20% 2nd and 60% 3rd's. What would be a reasonable place % to use. Is 20/20/60 reasonable or should the top 2 be a much higher percentage if you are considered a pro?

I think most good players have a distribution that peaks at third and first.

Just went to Poker Prophecy for the first time, my party and empire names both came up pro, woohoo. (I noticed a lot of familiar names on the top 50 on or right off the main page, too.)
