I think this was a pretty bad, tell me if I'm right

Looking back over this one, I think I should have bet the flop. Another choice is to fold, but that seems kinda weak.

I don't think this is too bad. The original raiser on the flop was trying to steal the pot in late position, you semi-bluffed him (and it probably would have worked), but unfortunately the BB woke up with 2 pairs. Sometimes you'll take the pot down with this move, and even if you get called, most the time you'll have 9-12 or sometimes even 15 outs. It's risky but i don't think it's the worst spot to pick up some chips, and you sure could do with those 350 chips.
