Gas Prices
What is the current price of gas in your area? I asked my boss to check when he went to grab lunch, and this is what he handed me when he got back.

Re: Gas Prices
Filled up for $2.65 this morning. Very weird. There were two places directly across the street from each other with an $.08 difference in price.

Re: Gas Prices
i don't give a sh1t. i really doubt anyone in here is so poor that gas prices really affect them that much. there's nothing we can do about it, so there is no reason to bitch about it.

Re: Gas Prices
You are correct, there isn't much you can do about it. I drive to/from work 80 miles round trip 6 days a week. That's a lot of miles, and many people drive more than that.
That said, I find the differences in gas prices across the country interesting. There is a big difference just along my commute of up to $.2/gal. |

Re: Gas Prices
Nice pic. It's $2.75 or so out here in Rochester, NY. I don't pay any attention to the price of anything but the "cheap" stuff.

Re: Gas Prices
I filled up the Honda this morning for 2.89 per gallon. Earlier this week that very station charged 2.50. I'm starting to think this is some sort of massive psychological experiment set up by the government. They want to see what our breaking point is, and will keep jacking up the prices until the riots start. Fuckers.

Re: Gas Prices
A side thread to this thread: What kind of mileage are you getting?
Yes, I'm a tool in an SUV. I've averaged 19/20mpg over the last 20 or so fillups, with probably 30% of my mileage being city. |

Sorry to disappoint. I'm still a Swedish citizen, if that's any consolation.
