Difference between \'erotica\' and \'porn\'?

Erotica can be hung on the wall an appreciated as art. That is not to say you wouldn't consider running off a batch looking at it. Porn is more explicit, and often less erotic.

No matter how tasteful and subdued porn is, or how explicit and dirty erotica is, they are different words for the same thing. If it makes you feel better about soft-core porn to call it erotica, be my guest. I love porn in all its forms and don't care what you call it. BUT JOHN ASHCROFT KNOWS WHAT YOU LIKE TO LOOK AT, MUAHHAAHAHAHA!
