Default Couple decisions in this one.

Reads: Button is tight. Wasn't sure if I could trust him to raise the flop if I just called, though. How's the flop action given that read? Also, raise the turn and face BB with 1.6 BB, or call and hit him on the river for a full bet?

Flop raise good. There are not a whole lot of hands that Button will fold for two that he won't fold for one, and even those that he would, you've got the same situation on the turn if you hit. I'd happily knock button out and have the two guys who have already put one bet into the pot put another in. And if you don't raise, you don't give BB or button a chance to 3-bet.

I'd raise the turn in a heartbeat. BB led the flop into a PFR and a PF 3-bettor so I don't expect him to fold here, and your raise presents him with only slightly more than a normal size turn bet would.

How often do you think BB is calling 1.6 BB here and calling a river bet?

Frequently. Especially when he may think he's still drawing live. You forgo that opporunity by raising the river.

Ya raise turn, he's calling way more than enough for it to be +EV IMO.
