I think i got screwed

So i just tryed to withdrawl 586 dollars from my paradise account and put it into my neteller. So i did so and went to check my balance on neteller. I cant even figure out how i would check to see if i have a balance. But my account on paradise is at $0 so it leads me to believe my money should be on neteller... but its not

should it take more than a few minutes for the transaction to go through... or am i right in being a bit nervous

dun worry its takes a while to withdraw, its not instant like a deposit.

I dont have an account at paradise, but at partypoker (which has VERY fast cashouts) it still takes a couple of hours minimum. At some other sites i play at, it takes a 1 or 2 working days. In addition, if its your first cashout, it could take some extra time as well.

If you dont have the funds in your neteller account in like a week... then post again [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

edit: i actually just finished up my very first attempt at bonus whoring a casino with blackjack. i am also awaiting my cashout.

It will take anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days to show up in your Neteller account. During this processing time, the money does indeed disappear from the poker site balance.

In short, don't worry, this is completely normal.

When you go to your neteller account you need to click on the "Account" tab at the top left of the web page. Then you can see what your neteller balance is. As the others have said, it will probably take a couple business days to hit oyur neteller account anyway. Sometimes it will arrive in an hour or two, sometimes it can take up to 4 business days.

I believe on Paradise it's 12-24 hours for the withdraw to arrive in your neteller account. I believe they mention it somewhere along the lines when you are withdrawing and/or in the confirmation E-mail they send to you.

The first time I had money put into my neteller account from partypoker, I had the same issue, there seemed to be no way to even check if I had a balance on neteller.

I had to go through some brief process of verifying my account with neteller first. I believe they want to talk to you on the phone before they fully set your account up so you can see your balance and such. Email them or call them.
