Default SSHE ? about a calculation

Page 109(SSHE)calculates # of outs at the bottom. If you can refernce this calculaiton, what does the bottom set of #'s represent?

I'll write it out in plain text.

Approximate outs are equal to the three outs you can beat king-nine (which he can have six ways), plus the six outs you can beat king-five (which he can have six ways), plus the nine outs you can beat king-trey with (which he can have 6 ways), plus the eight ours you can beat nine-five with (he can have that 8 ways), plus the zero outs you have against a set of nines or fives, plus the zero outs you can have against a set of kings divided by the amount of ways he can have those hands, which are 6 K9, 6 K5, 6 K3, 3 sets of nines, 3 sets of fives, and 1 set of Kings.
