I play marginal connected unsuited crap in the BB
10 handed.
"hero" has 76o in the big bling. A (15/8) tight-aggressive player (solid postflop, but a little weak) open raises from UTG+2. A really bad loose passive player cold calls in MP2. The poster in the CO folds. SB folds. Hero gets 6.5:1 - and calls. Is this bad?

I'd love to see another player in. The only good thing happening here is we have nice relative position if we do make something on the flop.
I was reading about these hands the other day. (in HEPFAP?) One nice thing about hitting our hand is that it will most likely miss UTG+2. That said, I don't think I call here. Another caller and I might.

Not to nitpick, but I think you need you need to write the .5 off as rake and your odds are really 6:1. Unless you're playing 30/60 or something.

Ideally you'd be getting a bit better odds, but I don't mind this as long as you take the tack of minimizing your losses after the flop as much as possible (I know, Hey Thanks Captain Obvious!)
