Default William Hill: 1. BP or US$ Better for US Player? 2. Other Sign Up

1. At William Hill, is it better to get an account in BP than USD for a US player?

What are the considerations?

How does the exchange work and is their a penalty in the exchange rate from best Bank exchange rates?

How does the monthly casino bonus work and why would BP be better (if it is)?

2. If signing up through a rakeback affiliate, does one get the same sign up and monthly bonii they would get if they signed up directly on their own?

1. No real difference. I'd say USD is easier just for the fact that's what you're used to. You get 5 pounds converted into USD if you do USD. I don't think there's any charge in the exchange rate.

2. I haven't seen any affiliates that offer you anything special on top for will hill.
