the test of time...
"the chronic" crushes the test of time. easily dre's best solo work, and just as amazing now as it was 10+ years ago. has anyone who used to love it gotten sick of it? i wonder if it's possible. (obviously if you were only meh about it or hated it to begin with, your opinion probably hasn't changed.)

Re: the test of time...
This CD still makes its way into my player at least once a month and I always listen all the way through. And it's still great every time.

Re: the test of time...
It's awesome alright. I was actually kind of sick of this record back in its hayday due to it being so overplayed, but since then I like to listen to it every so often. I crack up every time I hear the $20 sack pyramid.

Re: the test of time...
I haven't listened to it in a good while, but I have no doubt that you are correct.
At Bonnaroo, one of my friends was kind of wigging and wanted us to make him laugh somehow. Another friend and I chose to recite The $20 Sack Pyramid. Worked like a charm. |

One of the first rap albums I ever bought, and i still play it regularly. Let me Ride is a great song.
