First to Fight (video game question)

If there is anyone who has played this game, is there another way to bring up the radial menu? i am playing on a powerbook, and have a wirless mouse with no right clicker. Also, when i hold down control, nothing works. I ask because it appears as if i have to call in an airstrike to end a level, and i cant do that without the radial menu. thanks in advance,
