On a draw heavy board such as this one, I might call the flop raise and fire away at a turn blank. Seems like a good place for a stop n go

If you bet the turn and he calls, I think you're done with the hand. If you bet and he folds, buddy-list him.

I'd bet the turn, I see a lower J (especially JT and J9) or 98, 97, T8, A9 etc capping this flop HU because they want to get a free card or charge the flush draws or do something stupid. If you bet the turn and he calls then check the river and desperately hope he checks through because I wouldn't call a bet. But I think most of the time they don't bet because it really doesn't look like you're folding, which is why I wouldn't call a bet.
