I think I would play this differently on the flop. I would fold to the bet. It is a small pot (4 SB), and the big blind has raised preflop, and has position.

If he has a Q or an eight or a higher pp, you are drawing to two outs, and if not, any overcard that falls scares you. I would fold this small pot out of position.
