Will the Real Saddam Please Stand Up

All of the Saddam Look-Alikes were called together for a meeting. The fellow in charge said, "I've got some good news for you and I've got some bad news for you. The good news is that Saddam survived the assassination attempt and is doing well. The bad news is that he lost an arm in the explosion."
