Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, MP calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP folds.

Final Pot: 4.50 BB

Villian was loose and taking chips all night with crap. Bit weak postflop though.

Whats a good line? Fold preflop? What about after?

I'm not usually defending my $1 blind against an MP raise here, but I guess this guy sounds dopish enough. I'd bet the flop with the best hand though.

I'd probably check the turn, expecting to get called only by a better hand or that a worse one might bet

MP = CO

I'm not saying it's an auto defend, but if he's stealing from CO > 40% of the time it's not horrible.
