Default Housing Dilemma?

Me and my roommate are looking to move out of our apartment and into a house due to our aprtment complex going out of business. So anyways my question is we have found a nice house that would a very nice place to live but more a month then I would like to spend a month on housing or there is a kinda seedy house that is really ugly but is much cheaper to live in. Here is the dilemma I plan I moving in 6th months anyways so should I just stick it out in the shitty place and have much more money left over a month or move into the nicer place and have little money to save/spend a month?
