Wow. Penny stocks. Grand slam or whiff. Might be fun with marginal money (similar to money thrown on a roulette number as you leave a casino).

Actually, the stocks he highlighted weren't penny stocks.. they were all trading over $1.

Penny stocks are ones below $5. Although stocks below $10 could be considered penny stocks since most mutual funds won't touch them.

I disagree, stocks under 5 or $10 may be low priced, but only stocks under $1 and generally on the pink sheets are penny stocks.

Semantics...

Stocks under $5 are clearly speculative because they were previously marginable and when they go below 5 margin traders have to bail. Stocks under $10 are risky because most mutuals have to bail.

Buying cheap stocks is similar to open raising with shjt pocket cards in EP. Just my opinion.
