Contest Winner: Congratulations to Shant

I took judging the winner of our contest seriously since several posters obviously put in some time and effort to make some good images.

As a reminder, the goal was to create an image which best expresses the view "Poker content is not welcome in OOT"

He are my top five choices.

In fifth place is ClaytonN's offering:



I'm a sucker for cute animals. But, this wasn't an entirely orginal work. So, it never really had a chance to win the big prize.



In fourth place is HotPants exceptional animation:



This seemed to be the most popular choice. But, in my view, the animation just takes too long. It's an 8-second animation. I thought the winning image needed to get it's point across quickly and easily. It also got a little sidetracked from the "no poker" message when it went to the "killing 5 year olds" message.



In third place is Kirg's R rated entry:



As a general rule, naked women will distract anybody from whatever message is being conveyed. It was too much skin and not enough "no poker".



In second place is Kasey2004's image:



It gets the point across very well. It's a bit wordy and reminds me to much of Theory of Poker. But, it gets the job done.



And, our winner is Shant's modest entry:
