Default Replace laptop video card?

I recently purchased a Dell 6000 laptop.

Thinking that I would save some money, I didn't upgrade the onboard video card.

Sadly, this video card is not very good. Can I replace this card? Could you recommend a video card with which I can replace it? I don't need an ultra-gaming video card, but I'd like to run GTA without any lagging (I assume that this is the video card, since I have 2 gigs of RAM).

Thanks.

I'll try to see if its possible, but unless things have changed recently...video cards are usually one of those things you're stuck with until you get a new laptop.

Default Re: Replace laptop video card?

I am wondering the same thing. I have a 1150 inspiron laptop with... Processor is Intel Celeron CPU 2.60 GHz with 512MB RAM

I am also wondering if i can upgrade my video card so i can do 2 monitors(one from laptop). I am thinking about getting " ATI Radeon 9550 256MB DDR AGP 8X VGA DVI TV video card " I found it for 80 bucks. it goes for 130 at the stores...

Can anyone help me?????????
