Misplayed on all streets except preflop? Or maybe even preflop. Who advocates reraising there with position on a limp re-raiser. Pretty sure after the ace popped that he had cowboys.

If I was planning to try and check behind on the river, should I have bet more on the turn?

Bet $6 on the flop and then check behind on the turn.

I wasn't concerned with the SB at the time - I just wanted to incorrectly price in UTG who I knew would make a loose call with kings. You fold to a re-raise all in on the flop?

Not necessarily. From the guy who cold calls, yes I probably fold. From UTG, it depends on whether he will maybe have AK here.
