I would have bet the flop to define my hand. The pot is t75, so I would have bet t40 to see if anyone had a K. If I get raised, I will let it go because it is too early in the tourney and I have plenty of chips.

If I get called, I would be perfectly happy to check it down.

Into a field of 5 people and in the BB, I have to believe checking and folding most of the time is a better idea.

Would anyone call on the end, when its most likely you have the best hand?

lastchance probably is correct about check/folding into 5 players. I bow to his expertise.

If I would have played it like you did and checked it down, I would fold the river. He probably doesn't have a K because he would have bet the turn. He might have A high, which you can beat, but more than likely he either paired one of the lower cards or hit the runner runner flush. Either way, I fold to the bet.
