Default 6h 5h improving to trips or better on the flop (hold\'em)?

First post in this forum (be gentle). I did the math to calculate how often a suited connector like 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] will improve to trips or better on the flop in hold'em. I came up with .03576 (3.5% or 27:1). Can anyone verify this?

Thanks in advance.

[2*3*47 (trips or boats) + 2 (quads) + C(11,3) (flushes incl str-flushes) + (4*4*4*4-4) (straights not incl str-flushes)]/C(50,3) = .03577

Close enough, did you forget to round?

I get the same answer:

Straight flush = 4/19600
Four of a kind = 2/19600
Full house = 18/19600
Flush (w/out Straight Flush) = 161/19600
Straight (w/out Straight Flush) = 252/19600
Trips (w/out full house) = 264/19600

...for a total of 701/19600 or 3.5765...%
