Default My Toolbar!!

whats wrong with it?

at occasional moments my toolbar just freezes. when i put my mouse on it, it becomes the hourglass. i can't click anything on it, it causes my AIM to log off too. i dont know wtf is wrong. i can still switch programs with ALT-TAB but i wanna know why my toolbar does this [censored]. its not a virus is it?

also, if i CTRL-ALT-DEL to look at my task manager, the toolbar just disappears when i come back (but when i put my mouse where the toolbar used to be, it becomes the hourglass again)
