Flushdraws in unraised multiway pot OOP

You called with to suited in the SB and you are pleased to see 2 cards of the same suit on a relativly uncoordinated flop. There are or 3 or 4 other people to the flop, so you are likely to get action from atleast 1, but maybe only 1, if you bet out like 2/3 or 1/2 of the pot. MAking it an unprofitable bet. On the other hand if you just check it you may end up calling a bet from a late position bidder and everyone else folding afterwards. Here you also play more passivly which is almost never good. You could of course fold the flushdraw if you are not getting correct odds, but why would you the play the suited cards anyway, knowing that the draw you hope for brings you into a sitiuation where you fold.

Does anyone have a good line for this type of situation`? Of course it depends on if your opponents are loose/tight, passive/aggressive, but against a "typical" set of opponent where you most likely will get 1 caller if you bet, maybe 2. And aggressive enough that they will raise with TP if you only bet a small amount on the flop.
