I felt I had a good read on villian, villian was very laggy but quite predictable. When he bet the pot on the flop I put him on mid pair or bottom pair, perhaps top pair weak kicker.
Villian 2 and 3 also calls which confounds me, I put them on overcards and/or straight draws.
On turn however villian 2 and 3 checks, which I don't think they can do if they hit top pair with flush and straight draws on the board.
Villian leads out for exact pot again which makes me 90% sure I have him beaten.
I go all in to get the rest of his chips if he is on a draw or a pair of sixes which he can't let go.

Marginal? Thoughts?

This was a very unusual play for me which is why I think it's interesting.

Anyone here thinks these kinds of plays can be +EV in the long run?

5 handed, no. You'll find people showing you better hands too often, nice results though.

You shouldn't need to put all your chips in if you suspect you have the best hand. Just value bet it to the river.

I don't understand what you are doing here. Why are you calling the flop bet with players to act behind you? You should raise for value, and give the field a bad price.
You have 3 players to act behind you. Why are you going to let them spike a T, J, Q, K, or A and check raise you and the flop bettor for a large amount of your stack? Do I need to add that any donkey holding a 5 has an OESD in this spot?
If anyone is going to be making money on 4th and fifth st. here, it isn't going to be you.

Also, please use the converter because it makes your hand more likely to be read, and responded to. As an aside, your avatar is distracting and horrific in a way that makes me not want to read your posts ever again.

Best regards,
Snowball
