Hero limps with Ah,3h 4 limpers SB calls, BB checks flop: 5h, Ac, Kh villan +2 all check Hero bet - $1.20 villan raised - $4.80 everyone folds, Hero calls turn: 3c villan went all-in - $13.30 Hero called - $13.30 villan shows: 5c, 5d river: Kc villan wins $37.10 from the main pot I couldn't get the hand converter to work, sorry. |

His big raise on the flop pretty much indicates A5 or 55. It is unlikely that he would limp with AA KK AK, but that's not uncommon. Knowing that, I would probably take a shot at hitting my flush on the turn, depending on the stack sizes. Knowing that most players at low levels can't get away from two pair or a set, you may have correct implied odds. If you hit your flush, he is probably not going to be able to fold. He does have redraws, and whether or not a call is justified knowing he has a set would be determined by stack sizes.
That is a tough card on the turn. It is hard to throw away your hand when it actually improving, but you have to figure youre still beat after his flop raise. I would say you have to fold on the turn. Tough hand. |

Thanks, it was a toughy...In future I think I'll lay this down if I dont turn a flush, the two pair was just a heart breaker for me-I put him on K-5 actually, making my better two pair look nice.Arghh.
