Boneless ribeye, rubbed with black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, and a bit of canola oil.

The ribeye is perhaps the most underrated of steaks.
And yeah, Montreal that mu'ahfugga.

Good God, if its a good steak, he doesn't want to put any kind of sauce on it. I would have put a bit of chili powder/red pepper on it, but that's just a personal preference.

They both have their place.

Ribeye's have more marbling which does great on the grill.

Porterhouses are much leaner and get a ton of flavor from that nice bone.

They both come out perfect if I make them.
