Reraise on the flop

What do you think of the reraise on the flop here, with the flopped nuts but no redraws? I thought that, although the short-stacked MP2 might have been free-rolling me, Button probably wasn't. Is it better in cases like this to see what the turn brings before putting it all in, or just get it all in now, especially since I'm out of position?

Wow, do people really play this badly all the time in LL PLO? MP with A777??? All-in with a draw? Granted, he was short stacked, but why was he in the hand to begin with?

Geez, if this is the norm, I need to switch games for real.

These types of plays are very very common at all the levels up to $1/$2 on stars. Lots of players buying in extremely short hoping to flop a 'decent' draw and get it all in on the flop.

Escalating this pot on the flop is a mistake against sane opponents.

So... would you bet out initially or just check it? How exactly would you keep this pot small? Bet, call the raise and then re-evaluate on the turn?
