Default Reraise on the flop

What do you think of the reraise on the flop here, with the flopped nuts but no redraws? I thought that, although the short-stacked MP2 might have been free-rolling me, Button probably wasn't. Is it better in cases like this to see what the turn brings before putting it all in, or just get it all in now, especially since I'm out of position?

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (8 handed) converter

UTG ($13.15)
UTG+1 ($27.25)
MP1 ($48.50)
MP2 ($4.90)
CO ($7.90)
Button ($18.05)
adam74 ($24.50)
BB ($33.30)

Preflop: adam74 is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, Button calls $0.25, adam74 completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(7 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">adam74 bets $1.7</font>, BB calls $1.70, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $4.65</font>, CO folds, Button calls $4.65, <font color="#CC3333">adam74 raises to $22</font>, BB folds, Button calls $13.15 (All-In).

Turn: ($47.90) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($47.90) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $47.90

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
MP2 had 7c Ah 7h 7s and won $16.55
Button had 6s Ac 5d Tc and won $25.00
</font>

TwoDimes gives me 56.8% equity in the main pot and 58.5% equity in the side pot (including MP2's cards as dead cards).

Wow, do people really play this badly all the time in LL PLO? MP with A777??? All-in with a draw? Granted, he was short stacked, but why was he in the hand to begin with?

Geez, if this is the norm, I need to switch games for real.

These types of plays are very very common at all the levels up to $1/$2 on stars. Lots of players buying in extremely short hoping to flop a 'decent' draw and get it all in on the flop.

Escalating this pot on the flop is a mistake against sane opponents.

So... would you bet out initially or just check it? How exactly would you keep this pot small? Bet, call the raise and then re-evaluate on the turn?
