Default Starting Standards

Hi folks,
can anybody point me in the direction for a list of playable hands based on position.

I've previously based my game on standards I read and everybody I talk to seems to think I'm way too tight. To put this to rest and bring myself some peace of mind could you guys show me what I should be playing [website I should look at, book, magazine]

Thanks

Play rolled-up trips soft if they're high, fast if they're low....

Oh, wait, you probably mean hold 'em. Limit or no-limit? For limit see Getting Started in Hold'em for a simplified starting hands chart, Small Stakes Hold 'em or Winning Low Limit Hold 'em for more detailed recommendations. Or someone has made an Excel spreadsheet of SSHE; I forget where that is but a search might turn it up.

For NLHE, Harrington talks a bit about them in Harrington on Hold 'em 1.
